

RESOLUTION TO BE PRESNTED TO THE BAKER COUNTY COMMSISSION:
Plan to attend the December 15th 2021 Baker County commissioner's meeting at 10:00am in mass wherein we will present constitutional resolutions for adoption in an effort to make Baker County a constitutional county. The meeting will be held at the Baker County Courthouse in the commissioners chambers located at 1995 3rd St, Baker City, Oregon.
UPDATE FOR October 25, 2021
The CDC released findings that show those vaccinated still contract Covid19, transmit it, and carry up to the same viral load in their throat and nasal passages as the unvaccinated infected.
In the European Journal of Epidemiology wherein 168 countries and 2,947 United States counties were studied, it showed that higher vaccination rates were not associated with fewer Covid19 cases. In fact, the trend line suggested that countries with higher vaccinated percentages of the population have higher covid19 cases per 1 million people.

UPDATE FOR October 19, 2021 - Halfway/Oxbow's to lose emergency services
The Chair of the Halfway and Oxbow Ambulance/Clinic service sent a letter to the County Commissioners on October 12, 2021 stating that due to Kate Brown's forced vax mandate, eastern Baker County will lose it's volunteer work force in that area. Due to this mandate, they will not be able to meet the minimum requirement of of a 45 minute response at least 90 percent of the time.
